A traditional style bathroom design and installation for clients in rural Lancashire featuring a truly stunning copper bathtub.

The clients wanted to extend their existing bathroom space and completely renovate the room to be more in keeping with their traditional cottage style throughout the property. The result is a beautiful traditional style bathroom featuring panelled walls and unique copper fittings throughout.

The clients had asked specifically for us to design the room around a copper bowl antique sink that they had purchased but to ensure that the room had enough modern elements to make it a relaxing and functional space. Copper fittings were incorporated throughout the room and juxtaposed with a stunning midnight blue panelled wall area and white metro style tiling.  A real feature of the room is the freestanding copper slipper bath which we matched in with copper wall taps and light fittings.

The bathroom far wall was extended and reconfigured to work around the
requirement for a more spacious bathroom area. The bath and shower area  flooring is situated on a raised floor to accommodate new pipework and to differentiate this section of the room. Designed to stay in keeping with the traditional and quirky layout of the clients country cottage, the clients opted for a Victorian style pull-chain toilet and traditional style towel radiator.
